'Mantra' means 'protection for the mind'. On this half day course we will be giving an inspiring introduction to the practice of Mantra meditation and explain how we can use this ancient practice of mantra recitation to improve our love, compassion & wisdom. Mantra meditation is something we can practice at any time and it brings many powerful short and long term benefits to our life. It connects us with the good qualities of the enlightened mind and helps us to realise our highest potential.
In the afternoon we will be holding a mala workshop to give everybody the opportunity to make their own mala for mantra recitation.
