Half Day Meditation Workshops
We are running afternoon meditation workshops throughout this year. Ideal for the beginner, or those more experienced wanting a nice relaxing afternoon. This series of workshops are based on the Living meditation series of Cd's.
All Workshops run from 12:30-3:30pm and include refreshments throughout the afternoon
Meditation for Relaxation

When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within. This feeling of contentment and well-being helps us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life.
During this workshop we'll look at a series of breathing meditations, that when practiced bring about this feeling of relaxation and inner-peace.
Meditation for a Clear Mind

Since happiness and suffering depend on the mind, if we want to avoid suffering and find true happiness, we need to understand the nature and functions of the mind.
During this workshop we'll look at three meditations that lays the foundation for meditating on the mind, introduces us to the clarity of our mind, and the third is a meditation on our root mind.
Together they lead us on a voyage of exploration of our mind through which we can discover our own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness.
Meditation for a Kind Heart

We all have someone who we regards as especially precious, such as our child, our partner or our mother, in who's presence we feel especially happy and relaxed. We certainly do not feel this way with everyone….could we?…should we?
During this meditation workshop we'll explore three simple guided meditations that will help us to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships with others through learning to cherish others.
