Empowerments
An empowerment is a very beautiful ceremony in which we can make a special and close connection with a particular Buddha. This will enable us to gain inner realizations and experience of the spiritual path.
The empowerment ceremony will usually take place in the morning and will include a teaching and ritual practice performed by the Resident Teacher or a special guest. Following a delicious vegetarian lunch, there is a teaching in the afternoon and, time permitting, an opportunity to engage in the practice.
The ceremony is open to everyone, Buddhist or non-Buddhist, no experience necessary. You will find a relaxed and friendly welcome and lots of opportunities to discuss and ask questions.
