Fundraising
Everyone at KBC is a volunteer. Although we are a reg’d charity we receive no outside funding, but are 100% reliant on
the support and generosity of those who attend our classes. Please support your centre.
Fundraiser: For a donation of £10 you can remove one of a hundred squares presently
obscuring a picture of what we hope will become the new bigger, brighter and permanent home for Kailash Centre. It has
always been our intention to move to larger, more suitable premises in the future and this wonderful property is due to
come on the market in 2008. Hopefully we can raise enough funds to purchase it. This will be a great gift for both this
and future generations.
Donation Forms + Magic Boxes: At the Centre and classes you will find Donation forms
and Magic boxes. Please support your centre by making a regular or one off donation, or by making an interest free loan.
Magic Boxes are also an excellent way to make donations.
Get sponsored/get fit and do the Wirral Coastal Walk! We will again be doing the Wirral
Coastal Walk on Sunday 18th May to raise funds for our ‘Mash the Mortgage’ appeal. Why not join us for 5, 10 or 15 miles.
Sponsorship forms will be available soon.
Centre Cards: A ‘KBC Card’ costs £25 a month, allowing you to attend as many classes as
you like and receive 1/3 discount on day courses etc.
Unwanted Xmas Gifts: There’ll be an unwanted gifts sale in the centre’s dining area
from Weds 20th Feb for one week. Please bring any unwanted items to donate and/or buy some.
Nearly New Clothes Sale: We are now collecting quality clothing & accessories for our
spring sale. Please ask your friends/relatives/neighbours for any donations and help to make this project a success.
Please drop any donations off at the centre or at your class.
